📦 Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before it is shipped. An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.

During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.


🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery time depends on your location and begins once your order has been shipped. Below are our estimated shipping times:

United States: 5-10 business days
International Orders: 7-20 business days (varies by country)

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, please email us at support@combatcritter.com within 24 hours.
We will do our best to make changes, but we cannot guarantee updates after this timeframe once the order has begun processing.
 If our system detects an issue with your address, we will contact you within 3 business days for verification. If we do not receive a response, we may cancel your order.


⏳ Delayed Delivery

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, some things are outside of our control, such as:

✔ Customs processing (for international orders)

✔ High shipping volume during peak seasons

🚨 Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating a lost or stolen package can be. Once a package has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer in our control.

If your package is lost or stolen:

3️⃣ We will assist in following up on the claim and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
