We stand behind our products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not completely satisfied after this period, you may request a refund within our 30-day money-back guarantee by contacting us at support@combatcritter.com.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has moved into processing, we may not be able to make changes. If your order is successfully canceled within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We believe in our product, and we want you to give it a fair try for at least 14 days to experience its full benefits. If, after this period, you’re still not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To speed up the process, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place the order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to package your order securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of delivery.
To report a damaged item, email us at support@combatcritter.com with clear photos of the damage.
 We will determine if you qualify for a free replacement at no cost to you.
 Damage to packaging (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify as a damaged product.
 We do not accept returns for items damaged from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
While we strive to ship your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
 If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the courier directly for assistance.
CombatCritter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Address Policy
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it.
If we are not notified within this timeframe and the order has shipped, we cannot issue a refund or reship the order.
